The Center frequently has clients booked three weeks ahead, please make an appointment to ensure that we can provide you the assistance you deserve . Unless specifically advised to do so; arriving without an appointment will likely result in the Center being unable to assist you at that time.

Proof of your military service is required so bring a copy of your DD 214 or discharge papers(WWII era veterans) which covers your final discharge from active duty. Honorable discharge certificates or other such certificates are not adequate proof of your service.

Oh my! You don't have your DD 214 or WWII era discharge papers, well this office will gladly assist you in obtaining a replacement copy. (This service can usually be provided on a walk-in basis.)

If you do arrive at the Center without an appointment and we can't assist you at that time, don't waste the trip; make an appointment for a later date, and if you don't possess a copy of your DD 214 or discharge papers let us request a replacement for you while you are there.
